The Operating Engineers Training Institute of Manitoba Inc. is an internationally recognized organization that first began in 1986. For almost 40 years OETIM has trained thousands of participants in various areas of construction from Heavy Equipment and Crane, to an array of safety-based courses. Each course offered by OETIM consists of current curriculum, educational materials, and state-of-the-art equipment. OETIM offers nationally-recognized credentials allowing for mobility of skills and certifications throughout Manitoba and in other provincial jurisdictions. OETIM also offers contract training as well as customized training courses.
OETIM is recognized by the Employment and Social Development Centre, a department of the Federal Government, as a training facility which permits the issuing T2202 tax incentives following course completions (of qualifying courses).
